Returns
If you’d like to return an item, you may do so within 28 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
- Certain items, such as sale items, gift cards, or personalized products, may not be eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact us at moto-support@renthal.com with your order details, and we’ll guide you through the return process.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
Need a different size or item? Contact us and we’ll help you arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right at no extra cost to you.
