Revo-DHC Setup
Tools Required - 3mm hex key, torque wrench
Please note : Renthal Revo-DHC Pedals are supplied without pins fitted, to allow for customisation based on your shoes
- Before beginning, mount the cleat to your shoe, as detailed in the ‘Cleat Setup’ section.
- Remove one of the pedals from the bike and ensure the spring tension is set to the minimum.
- To set the front pin height, locate the front of the cleat into the front jaw of the binding, but do not engage into the pedal. The front pins should be set to give a small amount of clearance to the sole of the shoe. Experiment with different combinations of pins and washers, to achieve this in all four front positions. Make a note of the pin and washer combination, in each of the locations, in the User Pin Setup table.
- To set the rear pin heights engage the shoe into the binding. All pins should give the sole of the shoe a small amount of clearance. Experiment with different combinations of pins and washers, to achieve this in all four rear positions. Make a note of the pin and washer combination, in each of these locations, in the User Pin Setup table
- Now use the User Pin Setup table to set up the other three sides of the pedals, with the same pin and washer combination, in each matched location
- Tighten the pins with your torque wrench, to 3Nm.
