Renthal Lock-On grips feature CNC aluminium locking collars, permanently integrated with the central core, giving the ultimate all-weather security on the handlebar. The integrated construction eliminates any movement between the grip section and the collars, which could otherwise develop over time.

The handlebar grip is your key contact point for controlling your bike. Having a grip suited to your individual demands is hugely important.
We developed the Aramid resin compound to offer a superbly tacky feel, with excellent shock absorption qualities. The Aramid resin used in this compound extends life hugely, making this our most durable grip. Renthal Lock-On Grip Aramid are the most advanced grip compound available. The base material contains millions of randomly aligned Kevlar® Aramid resin particles. As the grip is used, more of this Aramid resin is exposed, resisting wear whilst retaining a soft and tacky feel.

Renthal® Lock-On grips are designed to ride faster, jump further and last longer.

A single, inboard, CNC aluminium collar, quickly and securely attaches the grip to the handlebar, with a durable, 3mm socket head, stainless steel screw. Integrated, hard plastic end-caps add both structural and cosmetic durability. The grip material is offset, on both patterns, to place more soft material under the palm for comfort and less under the fingers, for control. Two grip patterns and three compounds, give a wide range of choice, for any rider preference.

The full diamond pattern is the best choice for all conditions. Featuring a medium depth knurl to give the ultimate blend of grip, comfort and durability.

For extreme conditions, the Traction grip has a unique pattern to improve a riders mechanical grip. The design has multiple features include ramped finger ridges for increased grip and angled palm grooves for additional comfort.

Renthal's unique, Ultra Tacky compound constantly produces and renews a sticky surface coating. The resulting adhesive grip surface massively increases control and reduces fatigue. If the grip loses its adhesive qualities, simply wash with clean water and allow the grips to air dry to re-activate.

This is our most advanced compound to date. Millions of randomly aligned Aramid particles are suspended in the base material. As the grip is used, more of these particles are exposed, resisting wear whilst retaining a tacky feel.

Ultrasoft compound - The very highest levels of shock absorption and comfort. Soft compound- High levels of grip, with a tacky feel and superb, fatigue reducing shock absorption. Medium compound - high levels of control, coupled with increased durability.

Original Lock-On grips feature a twin collar design for ultimate security when mounted to the handlebar. Both diamond and Traction patterns feature smooth transition into the end collar. This adds a high degree of comfort for riders who ride with the heel of their hand over the end collar.
