1. Shipping

a. We only ship within the USA.

b. We will only ship to the address you enter on the Renthal website and not any alternative address you may have in Google Checkout

c. We offer Free UPS Ground shipping on all orders of $50 and over. For orders under $50 there will be a fixed charge of $6.95.

(PLEASE NOTE FREE SHIPPING IS NOT AVAILABLE ON SPONSORSHIP ORDERS, REGARDLESS OF ORDER TOTAL)

d. You will be given the option to upgrade your shipping to 2 day or next day but there will be an additional charge for this service

e. Under normal circumstances orders will be dispatched within 24 hours.


2. Payment.

For payment you will be re-directed to Google Checkout. For further information regarding Google Checkout click here

3. Returns

We will exchange or issue a refund on unused, unworn, and unwashed products in their original packaging within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please call (877) 736-8425 for a Return Authorisation (RA) number. You will also be required to send us the original invoice. We cannot accept goods which are returned without an RA number and invoice

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment through Google checkout.

Please note due to our quick processing of orders, we are UNABLE to make changes after you have placed your order. Please be certain of your choices BEFORE placing your order online. If you've made an error, please wait until you receive your order and then return the incorrect items along with the invoice. Any shipping costs as a result of changes in the order will be charged to the customer.
